We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer to join our growing team and lead the development of learning materials in the field of weapon systems, artillery, and military maintenance.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

Design and develop digital learning experiences for advanced military systems

Transform technical, complex knowledge into clear, interactive e-learning content

Work daily with Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise) to build high-end training solutions

Integrate AI tools to accelerate and enhance instructional design workflows

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and field professionals

Travel abroad for training implementation and global client engagements

Ensure every learning product is both effective and visually appealing

🎯 Who we’re looking for:

1+ years of experience in instructional design or learning development

Strong technical understanding of operational/mechanical systems – must

Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise) – must

High-level English proficiency – written and spoken – must

Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation – must

A sharp eye for design and aesthetics – required | Graphic design background – big plus

Military background in weapon systems, maintenance, or artillery – major advantage

Willingness and availability to travel internationally – a key part of the role
