About Us:

We’re a fast-growing algorithmic trading startup building cutting-edge technology for global financial markets, backed by top investors and world experts in ML. We're looking for an MLOps Engineer to help us scale and streamline our ML workflows - from model development to deployment - ensuring high reliability, speed, and reproducibility.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
Develop tools for automated model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML pipelines and manage lifecycle of models.
Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reproducibility, and performance.
Monitor deployed models for drift, performance, and reliability.
Maintain secure and compliant environments for data and model handling.

Requirements:

3+ years experience as an MLOps, DevOps, or ML Engineer.
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with data versioning and model registry tools (MLflow, DVC, etc.).
Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and ML lifecycle.
