If you’ve been steering digital products in the Fintech world, know how to cut through complexity, and are ready to take the wheel – this role is for you.
What’s the role all about?
You’ll be driving product strategy and execution in a dynamic, hands-on environment, with full ownership from ideation to launch.
✔ Define and lead product vision and roadmap
✔ Own the entire product lifecycle – from discovery to delivery
✔ Work cross-functionally with R&D, compliance, marketing, and sales
✔ Make data-backed decisions rooted in real market needs
✔ Translate business challenges into product clarity and impact
✔ Lead and mentor a compact, agile product team
What do you bring to the table?
🔹 4+ years of product management experience
🔹 Leadership background – military or civilian
🔹 Strong tech foundation – development, systems, or project delivery
🔹 Hands-on experience writing specs and collaborating with dev teams
🔹 Proven business mindset, independence, and accountability
🔹 Must-have: Experience in Fintech or SaaS environments
