Global Payroll Specialist

Job Description:

1. Full responsibility for preparing and managing the entire payroll process for employees in Israel, from start to finish — ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
2. Managing the payroll process for U.S. and global employees while working and coordinating with local providers.
3. Collecting and maintaining accurate data in the payroll system, including onboarding and offboarding of employees, pension plans, and employee benefits.
4. Monitoring and managing employee attendance records, including absences such as vacation days and military reserve duty.
5. Preparing and submitting all required reports and documentation to authorities in accordance with regulations, including forms 101, 102, 106, 161, and 126.
6. Providing prompt, professional, and service-oriented responses to employee inquiries while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
7. Tracking employees on unpaid leave, maternity leave, and ensuring compliance with associated rights and benefits.
8. Reviewing employee pension and insurance funds, identifying discrepancies, and processing feedback reports.
9. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Job Requirement

• sCertified Payroll Accountant – Mandator
• yMinimum 5 years of relevant experienc
• eExperience working in a global high-tech company with 150+ employees – Mandator
• yHigh-level proficiency in English – Mandator
• yAdvanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formula
• sProficiency in Hilan payroll software – Mandator
• yStrong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skill
• sExperience handling payroll outside of Israel, including U.S. payroll processing – Mandator
• yStrong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skill
• sProblem-solving abilities and a positive, can-do attitud
