Operations Specialist – International Shipping

Cannabilog is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team in the evolving and exciting cannabis industry.

Cannabilog is a global company specializing in providing logistical solutions for the global medical cannabis industry. Operating as a control tower from Israel, we collaborate with freight forwarders and cannabis companies worldwide to deliver excellent, high-quality, and on-time services.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a key player in the company’s logistics process, managing all daily operational activities:

• Specialization in regulations and procedures for shipping medical cannabis products globally.

• Handling orders, providing quotes, closely tracking the status of international shipments, and providing ongoing updates to clients.

• Ongoing communication with clients, agents, customs brokers, authorities, and logistics partners worldwide.

• Reviewing and verifying shipping documents.

• Managing invoicing and collections from clients.

Job Requirements:

• Up to 3 years of experience in a logistics/supply chain/shipping company role.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry – an advantage.

• Experience in drop shipping operations – an advantage.

• Proficiency in logistics management software.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

• High level of organization and attention to detail.

• Service-oriented with strong teamwork skills.

• High proficiency in English and Hebrew.
