✔ Implementation and leadership of Salesforce projects in SMB environments

✔ Building and maintaining advanced CRM systems

✔ Requirements gathering, configuration, automation processes, permission management, reporting, and more

✔ Working with various Salesforce Clouds – including Sales, Service, Nonprofit, and more

✔ Hybrid work model – combination of office and remote work with flexibility

✔ 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience – mandatory

✔ Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and automation tools (Flows, Validations, etc.)

✔ Creative thinking, multitasking abilities, and a positive, can-do attitude

✔ Very good English skills

✔ Experience managing technology projects or leading processes

✔ Familiarity with OmniStudio, Sales & Service Cloud, Digital Experience, or system integrations

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or another relevant field
