Role Description

We’re looking for a Junior AI Operator / Programmer to help support and improve our intelligent automation (IA) processes. This is a fully remote role.

We want someone who has already worked with AI tools — who knows how to write effective prompts, has used AI for coding (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or other assistants), and understands how to integrate these tools into real workflows.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and support AI/IA processes during development and deployment

• Write and optimize prompts to improve automation quality

• Test and refine AI-generated code or text outputs

• Collaborate with the team to improve automation pipelines

• Make simple code adjustments (using AI or manually)

• Document processes and results

Requirements

• Experience working with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)

• Ability to write prompts for practical tasks (code, text, data analysis)

• Basic programming skills (preferably Python or JavaScript)

• Experience using AI to generate or refactor code

• Ability to evaluate AI output and make improvements

• Responsible and detail-oriented approach

• Willingness to learn and grow in AI/automation

• English sufficient for reading technical documentation
