Financial Controller

We’re looking for a motivated Senior controller to join the Finance team in Herzliya.

What You’ll Do and What Your Day Will Look Like

• You will play a significant role in the global accounting team, taking part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparing required financial statements and tax filings.
• You will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including leadership and various departments, to drive key initiatives successfully; develop, implement, refine, and maintain scalable business processes and policies that support the company’s growth, KPIs and any other finance requirements, and compliance.
• Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our management and investors.
• Support and assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Work with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory requirements.
• Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in the hi-tech industry, including knowledge of different types of business models and revenue recognition principles.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines.
• Team player - excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• CPA with Big 4 experience –must.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and detail-oriented.
