Senior Product Manager

Role Description

We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager who will join our fast growing team at OneLayer. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive our product vision, influence customer experiences, and enhance our product offerings significantly.

• Take full responsibility and ownership of the relevant product scope. Lead the product development from ideation to execution and successful launch.
• Work closely with research, design, and development teams to implement and launch innovative features that meet company goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points. Collaborate closely with customers and partners to deliver a valuable product that meets user needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years as a Product Manager in B2B companies.
• Experience in the cybersecurity, telecom or enterprise networking industries.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proven capability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including R&D, sales, marketing, partners, and clients, ensuring alignment and collective success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal relations.
