Digital Marketing Team Lead

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Team Leader for our Israeli office in Tel Aviv!

Job Description:

• Performance Marketing: Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs. Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery.
• Client Management: Lead and manage client relationships, be accountable for your client’s portfolio, ability to act as a consultative agent to clients.
• People Management: Manage a small team of performance marketing Account Managers and Account Strategists.

Job Requirements:

• B.A \ B.Sc. or equivalent degree – A must. MBA - An advantage.
• 2-3 years of hands-on marketing experience with relevant digital platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience working with local and global clients in the online advertising industry- A must.
• Managed professional employees for at least 12 months.
• High level of analytical skills. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Big Query, Looker Studio, or similar tools- preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills: being a natural leader, able to drive people, be driven by insights and results.
• Multitasker, organized with attention to detail, and a real problem solver.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
