Job Description:

• Provide phone-based technical support to customers

• Support web-based systems and dedicated software in a Windows environment

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure resolution

• Work as part of a professional and supportive team

Requirements:

✔ Proficiency with Windows OS and basic understanding of computer networks

✔ Technical ability to troubleshoot issues

✔ High service orientation, patience, accuracy, and quick learning ability

✔ Strong verbal communication and analytical thinking

✔ Suitable for candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience
