Account Executive & Partnerships Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Account Manager to take full ownership of our outreach and collaboration with organizations and corporate decision-makers for TEDxJaffaWomen.

Responsibilities:

- Manage direct communication with key personnel in organizations (HR, L&D, Employee Experience and Welfare departments)

- Identify opportunities and lead the sales process for group ticket packages

- Coordinate between the production team and each organization's specific needs: invoicing, seating arrangements, tailored experiences

- Maintain strong and ongoing relationships- both leading up to the event and on the day itself

Requirements:

- Familiarity with the corporate landscape in Israel, especially in HR, learning and welfare sectors

- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or enterprise client relations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage complex processes across multiple stakeholders

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently track and follow up on multiple open leads

- A genuine passion for live events, innovation and purpose-driven initiatives
