Tactical Intelligence Manager

INTRODUCTION 

Join our team as a manager in the Tactical Intelligence Division of MAX Security in Tel Aviv, Israel! You’ll work closely with analysts and collaborate with senior intelligence and operational managers to produce real-time, actionable intelligence for high-level clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an international, diverse team in a global environment 
• Write and edit intelligence reports using an all-sources approach 
• Provide real-time operational information and recommendations to on-the-ground security teams 
• Coordinate with high-level, sensitive clients across multiple sectors to understand and adjust to specific requests and requirements 
• Oversee the training of new analysts and the continued education of senior analysts 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

• Native or native-equivalent in written and spoken English 
• Experience in an intelligence role from the military or government service, specifically with intelligence collection and dissemination (OSINT, VISINT, SOCMINT, etc.) 
• Command/managerial experience 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• An undergraduate degree from a relevant field of study (such as international relations, security studies, political science, journalism, etc.)  
• Operational experience - advantage
