Role Description

You will join our growing team as an Associate (2-5 PQE) and work closely with Eti Avnery on:

• Litigation – preparing pleadings, evidence and court appearances in labour tribunals, arbitration and mediation.
• Separation, RIF & executive transitions – drafting separation agreements, equity treatment, restrictive-covenant advice.
• Advisory & transactions – due-diligence for investment rounds/M&A, drafting employment, consulting and equity-incentive agreements, tailoring global HR policies to Israeli law.
• International matters – coordinating cross-border employment, relocations and incentive plans with foreign counsel.
• Client meetings, internal knowledge-sharing and occasional in-house training sessions.

The position is primarily on-site in Herzliya; limited hybrid days can be discussed after onboarding.

What you bring

• 2-5 years post-qualification experience in employment and/or commercial litigation at a leading firm or the National Labour Court.
• Native-level Hebrew and excellent business English (drafting & negotiation).
• Proven legal-research, drafting, and courtroom skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving, tech-centric client environment.
• Plus: exposure to cross-border employment, equity compensation, or corporate transactions; an additional business/finance degree.
