Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum Events:

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure all Scrum ceremonies are conducted effectively and on schedule.

Support the Product Owner and Teams:

• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized, and well-defined product backlog.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus and efficiency.
• Assist TLs with resource planning

Remove Impediments:

• Identify, track, and remove obstacles preventing the team from achieving sprint goals.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and promote cooperation within the team.

Monitor Team Progress:

• Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and other key Agile metrics.
• Use tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Monday.com to manage and visualize work progress.

Coach the Team on Agile Practices:

• Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum methodology, and self-organization.
• Guide the team on improving Agile processes, work quality, and team dynamics.

Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement:

• Encourage feedback and promote a learning mindset within the team.
• Identify areas for process improvements and help implement effective changes.

Ensure Transparency and Alignment:

• Maintain open communication between the development team and stakeholders.
• Provide clear status updates and promote alignment on project goals, timelines, and priorities.

Plan and Organize All Releases to Production:

o Facilitates the implementation of new company products and services

• Organize the scope; assist with resource planning; track progress, blockers and changes
• Prepare deployment document and hold deployment meeting will all relevant people
• Keep all managers and business owners informed about status and progress

Provide regular updates to the management and business owners

• Share weekly report with status of all ongoing projects and business areas
• Prepare, track and update the R&D roadmap
• Communicate daily the projects progress, delivery goals, upcoming releases

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Agile Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze team performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in software development or IT projects.
• Familiarity with additional Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and scaling frameworks like SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Background in coaching or change management within Agile environments.
