Marketing Lead

Location: On-site | Kiryat Ono, Israel

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven Marketing Lead to take full ownership of our B2B marketing strategy and execution. This role includes leading multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, social media, SDR, content, webinars, PR), managing a small team and freelancers, and working closely with the sales team to generate demand and drive qualified leads.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy to support growth
• Build and optimize structured marketing funnels across all key channels
• Manage and mentor internal marketing staff and external freelancers
• Oversee website performance, SEO strategy, and regular content updates
• Coordinate social media, content, and email marketing initiatives
• Align closely with the sales team to support lead generation and go-to-market strategies
• Track and report on KPIs including CAC, CPL, and conversion rates
• Create marketing assets such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
• Lead marketing efforts for industry events and strategic partnerships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
• At least 1 year in a leadership or management role
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach
• Experience working closely with sales teams
