A startup focused on tracking players and providing data on their in-game performance is seeking a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer.

The company develops innovative technology solutions for sports performance analysis using smart sensors and big data, aiming to help football players and coaches monitor and improve their performance without expensive equipment.

The role includes architecture design, prototyping, and embedded programming in C/C++. Responsibilities cover schematic design and PCB layout, development of next-generation hardware and embedded firmware, and seamless integration with mobile and algorithm teams.

Daily presence at subcontractors (DFM/DFT) is required to establish production lines, monitor output, analyze failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions across hardware, software, and operational levels.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience developing large-scale consumer electronics products or embedded systems
• 2+ years of direct hands-on experience on the production line, leading testing and manufacturing lines
• 2+ years of experience in component selection, electronic design, schematic and PCB layout, testing, and debugging
• Proven track record of improving product durability and reliability
• Deep knowledge of BLE, motion sensors, and RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS)
• Demonstrated ability to close the loop between engineering, operations, and support
