A global high-tech company specializing in real-time location tracking in the Healthcare sector is looking for a Production Engineer / NPI Engineer to join its team.

The company operates in hospitals, clinics, and elderly care facilities, providing monitoring and tracking of medical assets, including temperature control and usage insights, helping clients improve patient care and medicine handling.

The role includes-

• Working closely with R&D teams, manufacturing partners, and contractors
• Overseeing production processes, managing subcontractors
• Leading new product introductions, including training and writing manufacturing documentation
• Reporting directly to the VP of R&D

Required Skills and Experience-

• BSc in Electronic Engineering from a leading university
• Recommended 5 years of experience in High-Tech companies where electronic enclosures were designed and manufactured in mass-production.
• Experience using Priority ERP and /or NetSuite
• Experience using Agile PLM
• End-to-End project skills, capable of delivering projects from design to mass-production, including cost reduction and improvement
• On-going manufacturing supervisory and support
• Proven specialist experience in manufacturing fixtures for electronic devices will be a distinct advantage
