Core Responsibilities:

Lead the organization’s financial planning and analysis function, with a focus on performance improvement, resource optimization, cross-organizational coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Build the annual budget and prepare quarterly forecasts in collaboration with all departments
Analyze budget vs. actual performance (BVA)
Develop and monitor organization-wide KPIs
Plan and present financial forecasts to management and decision-makers
Contribute to the preparation of materials for executive leadership, board, and investors (Board Packs)
Oversee grants and financial reporting to ensure compliance with donor and foundation requirements.
Automate reporting and analysis processes using BI tools / Excel

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or budget control
Strong command of Excel and other budgeting/planning tech tools
Analytical thinking, strategic perspective, and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Priority, SAP) – advantage
Experience in business/corporate environments – advantage
High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English – a strong advantage
