Project Manager – ELTA Division

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex projects in the field of communications at our ELTA Division !

The Position includes:

• Manage projects in the field of communications and signal intelligence.
• Lead multi-disciplinary, matrix teams (including system engineering, hardware, software, integration, and support), working with internal and external subcontractors both in Israel and abroad.
• Develop project plans and manage budgets.
• Lead both internal and external business development initiatives, including response to tenders, writing specifications, technical and financial proposals.
• Manage internal operations across ELTA departments (engineering, finance, legal) to meet customer requirements and present solutions to clients.
• Participate in and lead ELTA’s presence in trade shows, identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide tailored solutions to customer needs based on ELTA’s portfolio.
• Lead marketing activities aligned with the division’s roadmap.
• Report directly to the Head of UAV Communications Sector and collaborate closely with the Deputy Head of Marketing.

What we're looking for:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Communication Engineering – mandatory
• M.B.A. – advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, product management, or marketing in international markets – mandatory
• High-level English proficiency – mandatory
• Strong technical background in system engineering of complex electronic systems, with an emphasis on RF technologies – mandatory
• Background in UAV platforms (UAVs, mini-UAVs, loitering munitions) – significant advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad – mandatory
