Full-Stack Team Lead - Go/Node & React

We are a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. 

We are looking for a Fullstack Team Lead to lead one of our platform teams.

As part of the role, you’ll be leading a team of fullstack engineers which develop our client-facing platform and its backend services, to deliver a valuable, simple & aesthetic interface to a complex cyber intelligence collection system

The Team Lead’s primary focus is to manage the team and its projects, but strong hands-on expertise is required.

Lead, grow, mentor and manage a team of talented engineers.

Design and lead the development of complex components and services.

Be responsible for all aspects of software development - from technologies, security, scalability and reliability, to processes and people development.

Drive technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in an agile, production critical environment.

Shape and influence cross-teams / departments processes in an agile, fast-paced ecosystem.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in leading an engineering team

4+ years of experience in developing both server and client modules such as: Golang/Node.js (TS) & React (TS)

Experience with DB such as: MongoDB, Elasticsearch

Experience with design of distributed systems, microservice architectures, queues

Former experience in other disciplines such as QA/automation/product - an advantage
