What You'll Do

You’ll serve as CISOaaS for a number of OP Innovate customers where you will:

• Lead comprehensive security strategy development aligned with client business objectives and risk tolerance
• Design and implement customized IT and Data Security Frameworks across multiple client environments
• Oversee security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies tailored to each client's needs
• Coordinate incident response activities when necessary, serving as the security point of contact
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders throughout client organizations
• Manage and prioritize security initiatives across diverse client projects
• Provide strategic guidance on security budget planning and resource allocation
• Deliver regular reports on client security posture with actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• A security leader who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make a meaningful difference in organizational security
• Must have 5 years or more experience in the field of cyber or information security, cloud, IT risk management, or incident response leadership
• Proven track record of managing multiple high stakes projects simultaneously 
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience working in a consultative or advisory capacity, often focusing on providing expert advice and guidance over just executing security measures.
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
• Familiarity with various industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements including, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2 etc.
• Experience and understanding of corporate governance and strategies - calculating business needs along with technical security requirements
• Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical understanding, including C-level executives and boards of directors.
• Experience with cloud computing across virtualized environments.
• Practical experience of computer operating systems such as MS Windows, MacOS, UNIX/Linux, and corporate endpoint management.
• An overall understanding of the application security including (S)SDLC, scripting and source code programming languages
• Experience with Incident Response (Blue Team) - as a leader or an analyst - Advantage
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10.
• Great in-person communication - People person
• High level of written & verbal English - Must

Education

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Computer Science or IT 
• CISSP or CISM - required
• CISO certification
• CEH or similar – nice to have but not required.
