Software Development Manager with Python Experience

An innovative and leading financial company is seeking a Software Development Manager for a dynamic and impactful technological role. The position involves leading both internal and external development teams through the design, development, and implementation of critical systems.

The role includes managing software development teams, taking responsibility for planning, development, code and design reviews, and actively participating in key technological decisions. The manager will work closely with multiple interfaces across and outside the organization and oversee CI/CD processes and version control.

We're looking for:

Someone with a relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering

At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.

Proven leadership in managing development teams is a must, as is strong experience with Python. Practical experience with databases and SQL is required, along with familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes.

Experience with .NET is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication skills, charisma, strong organizational and planning capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple teams are essential for success in this role.
