Project Manager & Salesforce Implementer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
• Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear specifications for technical implementation
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation teams (e.g., Salesforce or ERP consultants)
• Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to senior management
• Plan and manage system upgrades or changes to support evolving business needs
• Support testing processes (UAT) and ensure successful go-live execution

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing technology projects
• Proven experience in collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience working with third-party software vendors or implementation partners
• Familiarity with Salesforce and/or ERP systems (inventory or finance modules) – a strong advantage
• Excellent English skills (written and verbal), including the ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with international teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
