Full-stack Developer

AdGPT.com is a fast-growing AI-powered ad creation platform trusted by thousands of marketers and business owners globally. We’re looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with leadership experience to join our Tel Aviv team and help scale our product and development operations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and actively contribute to the development of our core platform using Next.js, PHP Laravel, and RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to ship new features and improvements quickly
• Manage backend and frontend architecture with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind
• Mentor and manage developers, ensure high code quality, and own delivery timelines
• Play a key role in shaping our tech roadmap and infrastructure strategy

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of full stack development experience, including leadership or team management
• Expertise in Next.js (React) and PHP Laravel
• Deep experience working with APIs and integrating external services
• Strong architectural thinking and ability to scale systems
• Hands-on mentality – you're not afraid to code and lead by example
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and flexibility
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools or advertising platforms
