We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in ambiguity, understands AI-driven business needs, and has a strong background in algorithmic coding and AI-powered developer tools and can bridge the gap between technology and market opportunities.

Requirements

·      BSc in MATH /Computer Science

·      10+ years of experience in product leadership with a focus on AI-based technology and innovation-driven companies.

·      Proven track record of leading AI product development from concept to market in high-tech or deep-tech environments.

·      Hands-on experience in coding, software development, or managing technical products that cater to developers.

·      Strong understanding of AI/ML-powered developer tools, algorithmic code generation, or AI-driven software development.

·      Experience with Large Enterprise Customers (CTOs/CIOs) – Direct experience working with senior technology executives in large organizations.

·      Strong ability to engage with design partners, potential customers, and investors to refine product direction.

Key Responsibilities

·     Define and shape the product vision and strategy, working closely with the founding team to support both investor pitches and market entry.

·     Engage and collaborate with design partners to validate product-market fit and gather critical insights. Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and priorities.

·     Develop an early-stage GTM strategy with compelling positioning, messaging, and storytelling for our AI-driven coding solutions.

·     Conduct competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
