We are hiring a Project Management Team Lead to join a leading healthcare organization located in central Israel.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage a team of project managers and/or system analysts
-Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines
-Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
-Utilize SQL for data analysis and validation during the system analysis and implementation phases
-Provide mentorship and professional development to team members
Requirements:
- 3 years of direct experience managing a team of project managers and/or system analysts
- 3 years of experience in systems analysis and writing specifications
- Experience working with SQL
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Health Information Management
- Development experience – an advantage
