Do you think in punchlines, dream in campaigns, and secretly narrate your life like a trailer?

BUFF is looking for a talented Copywriter/Creative to help us shape the voice of a brand that lives where gamers live – in play.

You’ll join a fast-growing creative team led by our Creative Director, working on ideas that span platforms, formats, and gaming cultures.

• Write compelling, creative, and conversion-driven copy for:
• 
  
• Landing pages, websites, and product flows
• 
  
• Campaigns across desktop and mobile
• 
  
• In-app moments, banners, emails, push notifications
• 
  
• Scripts, taglines, headlines, CTAs – you’ll write short, sharp, and smart
• 
  
• Partner with designers, UA managers, and product marketers to build multi-layered campaigns.
• 
  
• Bring conceptual thinking to the table – brainstorm ideas, challenge assumptions, and propose killer angles.
• 
  
• Help shape and evolve BUFF’s tone of voice as we scale into new markets and experiences.
• 
  
• Work closely with the Creative Director to turn creative briefs into standout executions—and help keep projects moving forward across creative workflows.
  

• Have 2–3 years of experience writing for tech, gaming, apps, or digital-first brands.
• 
  
• Are a natural storyteller who knows how to write for attention, clarity, and impact.
• 
  
• Are fluent in English—native-level or equivalent, with perfect grammar and tone.
• 
  
• Can handle a fast pace and shifting priorities without losing your edge.
• 
  
• Think strategically but write like a gamer – precise, punchy, and playful.
• 
  
• Can juggle multiple briefs, timelines, and creative requests like a pro—flexible and quick on your feet.

• Are a gamer (yes, really – if you play, we get you).
• 
  
• Have experience in gaming, esports, or loyalty/reward-based apps.
• 
  
• Know your way around AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) and use them to boost your workflow.
• 
  
• Have the potential (or ambition) to grow into a senior creative or team lead role.
