We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. This role focuses exclusively on the procurement of branded eyewear products from external suppliers (non-private label). You will manage the full purchasing cycle—from order placement and vendor coordination to delivery tracking and ERP data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing of branded eyewear products, ensuring timely and accurate order placement.
• Create and maintain product SKUs, vendor data, and order information in ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, and resolve delays.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with merchandising, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability.
• Analyze purchase data and inventory reports to support replenishment decisions.
• Maintain accurate data and reports within ERP (Priority) and other systems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role – Must
• Experience with ERP systems (Priority preferred) – Must
• Strong Excel skills – Must
• Experience with branded consumer products – Advantage
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or retail industries
• Knowledge of SKU/item setup and catalog management
• An analytical mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
