Senior Software Engineer (Tel-Aviv Office)

As we expand our team, we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with a strong backend orientation to help us build and scale our innovative FinTech platform. You'll be a key player in developing robust, secure, and high-performance solutions that directly impact our product roadmap and contribute to breaking silos between engineering and business.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions with a primary focus on backend technologies (NestJS) while also contributing to front-end development (React).
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades to ensure the longevity and stability of our systems.
• Build functions and applications for effectively querying data sources, managing related analysis, and optimizing databases.
• Develop and implement advanced security layers to prevent data leakage and ensure data integrity.
• Lead the development of our AWS cloud infrastructure-based system, ensuring high levels of availability, reliability, and information security capable of handling significant data volumes.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing and advocating for best practices and habits.
• Research and test new technologies, complementary solutions, and systems, including the potential integration of NLP, ML, and AI modules.
• Contribute to DevOps practices and potentially work with agent-based systems (nice to have).
• Report directly to the VP Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a proven track record of strong backend development.
• High command of multiple front-end and back-end languages, with a focus on Node.js and proficiency in React.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, data coupling techniques, profiling, and optimization.
• BSc. in Computer Science or Mathematics, or equivalent experience or education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment that values collaboration and breaking down silos between engineering and business.

Nice to have:

• Experience with agents or agent-based systems.
• DevOps experience.
