Software Engineering Team Lead

An innovative healthcare startup has developed a marketplace platform in the U.S. connecting three key players: patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers including clinics, hospitals, and doctors. Leveraging a proprietary algorithm, the platform precisely matches users with optimal services, maximizing efficiency, speed, and cost savings.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, operates a hybrid work model with two remote days per week, and employs 140 people.

The Role Includes:

• Managing a team of 2 direct reports and 2 external consultants
• 70% hands-on development responsibility
• Developing Client applications in C++ for Windows Desktop environments
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

Requirements:

• 3 years of managerial experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead
• 5 years of experience developing in C++
• Experience developing on Windows platforms
• Experience in Client-side development
