Supply Chain Manager

We are a dynamic industrial and technology-driven manufacturing company, specializing in advanced assemblies and complex production processes.

We’re looking for a talented Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations - from procurement to planning, logistics, and delivery.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the entire supply chain function – procurement, logistics, inventory planning, and delivery
• Manage a team of department heads across procurement, PPC (production planning and control) and warehouse operations
• Build and execute supply chain plans, aligning forecasts, production schedules and inventory levels
• Ensure material availability and on-time delivery to customers
• Lead negotiations and manage contracts with local and international suppliers
• Drive process optimization and operational efficiency
• Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, sales, and planning teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing teams and complex operations
• Relevant academic background – Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or equivalent
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Priority)
• Strong English - written and spoken
• Strategic thinking, hands-on approach, strong initiative, and excellent people skills
