🌍 Join Strauss Water as our Finance Executive Leader! 💧📊

We're looking for a strategic, visionary and business-oriented Finance Executive Leader to lead our global finance function and drive growth across markets.

🔹 About the Role:

As the Finance Executive Leader of Strauss Water, you'll be a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for leading all finance-related activities across Israel, the UK, China, and beyond. You'll oversee financial planning and analysis, risk management, compliance, treasury, and partner on international business development initiatives.

🧭 Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic business partner to the Strauss Water CEO

Lead cross-functional productivity and optimization initiatives

Develop and execute global financial strategy aligned with growth targets

Oversee FP&A, budgeting, reporting, risk and compliance

Drive partnerships, M&A processes, and support international expansion

Manage investor relations, Board reporting, and global treasury operations

Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across geographies

🎯 What You Bring:

7 years of senior finance leadership in complex, global organizations

Proven track record in budget control, corporate finance, and business partnering

Experience in global consumer or Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) environments – an advantage

M&A, partnerships and business development experience, including due diligence and valuations

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and cross-cultural communication skills

Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance; MBA or CPA – a plus

Fluent English (experience working with China/USA – a plus)
