**Senior Sales Executive - Data & AI Solutions**

Bleader is seeking an experienced and talented Sales Executive to join our team and lead sales activities in the Israeli market.

**Role Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute sales strategy for the Israeli market

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision makers

• Lead complex sales cycles from initial contact through contract closure

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized solutions for clients

• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

• Represent the company at industry events and conferences

**Required Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in data, analytics, or technology solutions

• Deep understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem and market dynamics

• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals ($100K+ annually)

• Strong knowledge of data platforms, AI/ML technologies, and cloud solutions

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English

• Experience selling to CTO, CDO, and IT leadership roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous experience with data consulting or professional services

• Understanding of modern data stack (cloud platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT)

• Experience with AI/ML implementation projects

• Existing network within Israeli enterprise accounts
