CRIATERRA – an innovative startup specializing in the development and production of ecological building materials – is seeking a Laboratory Research Assistant

Job Description:

Join our R&D team and support daily lab operations, including:

Conducting basic experiments and routine tests
Preparing materials for experiments and operating lab equipment
Recording, documenting, and analyzing results
Maintaining lab order, cleanliness, and safety protocols
Collaborating with production staff and company management

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in a relevant field: Chemistry, Materials Science, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Office, Excel) – required
Ability to collect and analyze data using digital tools
Familiarity with AI tools – an advantage

Required Skills:

Precision, organization, and attention to detail
High level of personal responsibility
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team (min 3 days a week)
Fast learner with strong understanding of procedures
Ability to manage multiple tasks/experiments simultaneously
Meeting deadlines and adhering to safety standards
Good technical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving during new experiments
