We're Hiring: Sales Analyst & Project Manager

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven professional to join our team and take ownership of sales analytics and project management processes.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights
• Develop executive dashboards and reports using Qlik and Excel
• Lead cross-functional sales-related projects across departments
• Support strategic planning with accurate forecasts and KPI tracking
• Prepare presentations and performance summaries for senior management
• Coordinate the sales department’s work plans and operational processes

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, Marketing, or similar – required
• 2+ years in data/business analysis, sales operations, or project management – required
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) & experience with PowerPoint – must
• Strong English (reading and writing)
• Experience with CRM and BI tools (Qlik – strong plus, Power BI/Tableau – an advantage)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
