Production Supervisor join VPG Sensors Division in Modiin

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily line operation and flow between stations.
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks by shifting HC and WIP between tools and stations.
• Perform Pass down between shifts, alignment between managers on priorities, quality, line downs and main line limiters
• Shift report out to Manufacturing Manager operation staff.
• Meet CT goals by providing daily response to Lots in discrepancy, rework, gameplans and monitors (NPI)
• Meet Efficiency target by managing Direct HC attendance, training to meet Run time per operation, balance HC between station by preforming cross-training.
• Manage employee performance, provide personal feedback in one-on-one periodic meetings.
  
  

• Experience in managing a production line for at least 3 years of a team of over 10 employees
• Strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and safety regulations.
• Great communication skills to motivate your team and collaborate with management.
• Russian and English Speakers - preferred
• Ability working in shifts - 12/12 per day
• Knowledge and skills to work on the computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, MFG)
