Project Planner

We are looking for a Project Planner to join our dynamic team.

As a member of our operations department, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating, and driving our cutting-edge consumer products' successful development and manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented technology teams and contribute to our company's growth and success.

You will report to the company’s Chief of Operations.

This is a student/ part-time position 

Location - Yokneam Illit, Israel - job on site 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, software, algorithms, development, and marketing teams to gather project requirements, set priorities, and ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including milestones, work packages, and timelines.
• Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues impacting timelines or deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, reports, and status updates.

Requirements:

• You must have a demonstrated minimal two-year track record as a consumer electronics technology company project planner.
• You are a student or hold an academic degree in Industrial engineering, business management, business administration, or a related field.
• You are proficient with project management tools and software, such as Monday, Jira, and MS Project.
• You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with keen attention to detail.
• Advantageous:
• Experience with hardware and software development lifecycles, including customer product development and manufacturing processes. 
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• 2+ years of working experience in a company with 30+ employees.
