C++ Software Engineer

A cybersecurity startup developing a Generative AI and LLM-based platform for automatic patching of security vulnerabilities in open-source code.

According to the company, the platform fixes over 95% of critical vulnerabilities in the five most popular programming languages—without requiring developer involvement.

The company raised a $7.5M seed round led by a major investment fund. It is located in Tel Aviv near a train line, operates in a hybrid model (one day from home), and currently employs 20 people.

Founded by three experienced entrepreneurs with deep cybersecurity backgrounds from elite tech units and leading companies.

The Role Includes:

• Joining a collaborative team focused on automating vulnerability patching using LLMs
• Developing mainly in Python, with some work in Go
• Conducting security research related to optimizing patch effectiveness and identifying improvement areas (limited work on vulnerability discovery)
• Working in an AWS-based cloud environment
• Participating in both engineering and algorithmic aspects of the product

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Backend development
• Hands-on experience with C++ development
• Experience with high-level development environments
• Previous experience in cybersecurity startup companies
