We are ITG - a leading CTV advertising technology company. Our tech powers connected TV advertising experiences across major streaming platforms, enabling publishers and advertisers to deliver targeted, measurable campaigns at scale.

We are looking to hire a technologically savvy Technical Account Manager / Solutions Engineer who will serve as the technical bridge between our clients and our CTV ad SDK. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for helping clients integrate, optimize, and succeed with our technology.

Responsibilities:Provide technical support for SDK integration across CTV platforms (Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV)

Guide clients through implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization

Manage technical relationships with publishers and app developers

Diagnose and resolve SDK-related issues and performance concerns

Create technical documentation and best practices guides

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve client experience

Monitor client SDK performance and proactively suggest improvementsRequirements:

Understanding of mobile/CTV development environments (iOS, Android, Roku)

Familiarity with ad tech concepts (programmatic, RTB, ad serving)

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Fluent in English and Hebrew

Experience with APIs, SDKs, and basic programming concepts (ability to read code)
