Electronics R&D Engineer

Dairycs is pioneering a new category in dairy farming – an autonomous herd management system powered by real-time decision-making and cutting-edge technology. At the core of our product is intelligence: a software-first approach that brings together data, algorithms, and execution in the field.

We're looking for an Electronics R&D engineer to join our core development team.

This is a rare opportunity to take part in the early-stage development of a multi-disciplinary product.

What you’ll do:

• Be part of a true R&D team, developing electronic systems from concept to functional prototypes
• Take full ownership of the electronics development cycle – from initial idea through architecture, design, assembly, and field validation
• Design complex analog /digital circuits, power supplies, and communication interfaces
• Work hands-on: Boards assembly and test your own boards in the lab and in real-world conditions
• Work both in the office and on-site at our dairy farm in Kibbutz Eyal, where the real action happens
• Collaborate tightly with software and mechanical engineers in an interdisciplinary environment
• Use lab tools like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and debug equipment to validate and optimize designs
• Bonus: contribute to internal test tools using Python or C/C++

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone smart, curious, and hungry to build real things
• A developer at heart – someone who thrives on designing things from scratch
• Holds a B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
• Has 1+ years of hands-on board design experience
• A team player who enjoys interdisciplinary thinking
• Comfortable switching between keyboard clicks and cow moos
