Lead Project Manager

ComtecMed, a leading PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) specializing in the organization of international medical conferences, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and produce medical conferences in Israel and worldwide

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the helm of our conferences, guiding them from the planning stage to successful execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee all aspects of conference production, primarily for medical events but occasionally for other scientific gatherings.
• Liaise with doctors, researchers, medical organizations, and pharmaceutical companies to coordinate scientific content
• Work seamlessly with our internal teams while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with international clients and suppliers.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience managing and producing international medical or scientific conferences
• Native or near-native English fluency with excellent oral/written communication skills is mandatory
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel abroad as required.
