Sheba Medical Center’s AI Innovation Center is hiring a full-time coordinator to support two key areas:

Regulation– Assisting with documentation, implementation, and tracking of AI-related regulatory and ethical standards.

Education– Coordinating the operational and logistical aspects of Sheba’s AI School, including training programs and workshops.

Responsibilities – Regulation:

·Assist in ensuring compliance with AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, GDPR, HIPAA)
·Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, internal guidelines, and presentations
·Track changes in AI policy and regulation, and support implementation internally
·Coordinate between legal, clinical, and technical teams
·Support the drafting of manuals and training materials related to AI governance

Responsibilities – Education & School Coordination :

·Organize AI-related workshops, courses, and events
·Liaise with instructors, participants, and external vendors
·Coordinate logistics: scheduling, registration, materials, feedback collection
·Assist in preparing and adapting educational content for diverse audiences
·Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the AI School’s programs

Qualifications:

·At least 2 years of experience in coordination, education, or regulatory environments
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·Familiarity with AI, health tech, or digital regulation – a plus
·Proficient in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
·Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
