Head of Marketing – B2B | Hands-On & Performance Marketing

A growing digital services company in the financial sector (in Ramat Gan) is looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing to lead and execute performance-driven campaigns. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role for someone who thrives on building pipelines, optimizing results, and leading by example.

This Position is a 100% Hands On - the person will lead a team but also will run campaigns, run optimizations, it's not about managing agencies or people that will do the day-to-day tasks, is about take action in every step and handle all performance marketing aspects!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Personally plan, build, and execute multi-channel B2B lead generation campaigns (SEO, paid, social, direct).

2. Use AI tools to boost campaign efficiency, content production, and analytics.

3. Take full ownership of performance marketing KPIs and continuously optimize for results.

4. Develop and manage digital and offline marketing strategies with clear ROI goals.

5. Align marketing activities with sales targets and business priorities.

6. Lead and mentor a lean marketing team while actively contributing to day-to-day execution.

7. Analyze data to identify trends, improve funnel metrics, and uncover growth opportunities.

8. Maintain brand consistency while adapting to market dynamics.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in hands-on marketing leadership roles in B2B companies (experience in trading, investing, or gaming is a strong plus).

2. Deep expertise in performance marketing: paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta), tracking, reporting, and A/B testing.

3. Strong grasp of SEO, content marketing, and conversion optimization.

4. Experience using AI tools across campaign workflows (e.g. content, audience targeting, analytics).

5. Comfortable working with WordPress and marketing automation platforms.

6. Highly analytical with a bias for action and measurable outcomes.

7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

8. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

9. Fluent in English.
