Personal Computer Technician

PC Operation Technician | Leading Tech Company

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on PC Operation Technician who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve technical issues quickly, and take full ownership of IT support – from workstations to Zoom Rooms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide technical support for employees – hardware and software troubleshooting
• Support meeting rooms and AVB systems, including Zoom Rooms and event setups
• Set up and deploy new computers and equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot printers, projectors, and other peripherals
• Troubleshoot operating systems (mainly Windows, with some iOS)
• Work with Active Directory and resolve user-related issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in PC hardware troubleshooting (RAM issues, PC assembly/disassembly) – must
• Experience preparing and deploying computers – must
• Basic knowledge of OS-level troubleshooting (Windows, iOS) – must
• Familiarity with Active Directory – must
• Experience with Mac computers and iOS – strong advantage
• Experience supporting technical events, AV systems, and meeting rooms – advantage
• Independent, proactive, service-oriented, and a strong team player
