We’re hiring a B2B Marketing Manager

At Zap, we help small businesses grow — and now we’re looking for a marketer who knows how to do the same.

If you've already had a few years of real marketing experience — and you're hungry for ownership, impact, and growth — this role was built for you!

What you’ll do:

Own and lead all B2B marketing efforts focused on SMBs
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social, content, email and more
Manage marketing budgets, pricing strategy, revenue plans, and commercial growth
Generate qualified leads and improve conversion through data-backed decision-making
Work closely with product and sales teams to align messaging and business goals
Analyze the market, identify trends, and position Zap as a growth engine for small businesses

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably for SMBs)
Strong digital marketing skills, including performance tracking and analytics
Proven experience with pricing, budgeting, and revenue management
Strategic mindset with excellent project management skills
A team player who can also work independently and take full ownership
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
