About the Role:

As a PPC (Production Planning and Control) Coordinator, you’ll provide vital technical and administrative support tailored to specific projects and client needs. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you’ll ensure seamless production flow, timely material availability, and effective communication across departments and with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track material shortages on the production floor
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain and update work orders in the system
• Conduct material simulations and approve delivery timelines
• Gain full understanding of manufacturing processes to provide accurate planning
• Communicate directly with clients regarding timelines and requests
• Open new work orders and manage ongoing orders
• Provide reliable supply lead times and support internal decision-making
• Liaise between internal departments to ensure client needs are met
• Set and update delivery schedules based on material availability and production capacity
• Support the pricing process and manage incoming customer orders
• Troubleshoot potential supply chain issues and deliver timely solutions
• Act as the point of contact for production-related queries and ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory
• Strong work ethic with high accountability and initiative
• Detail-oriented with a “get-things-done” mindset
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment
• Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking skills
