Head of Trade Division

We are looking for a Head of Trade Division to lead the business operations at our MRO within IAI’s Aviation Division :

The position includes:

• Full P&L responsibility for the Trade Division
• Building and executing a comprehensive business plan for the division
• Managing the sales of aircraft and engine parts, including sales of used engines
• Overseeing the rental engine fleet and coordinating leasing with various customers
• • Selling inventory assets across multiple business lines
• • Managing inventory and procurement of assets – including engines and aircraft for dismantling, sale, or lease
• • Leading and supervising the division’s staff, including project managers and
• sales professionals
• Overseeing operational execution of the division’s work plan and ensuring delivery of business objectives on schedule
• Reporting to the Business Line Manager and Division (including reporting on fixed assets and engine leasing status)
• • Leading negotiations with internal and external customers and suppliers (including international travel, as required)
• Managing interfaces and tasks with engineering, operations, procurement,

What we’re looking for :

• Israeli citizenship – required
• Academic degree in engineering or a relevant field – required
• At least 5 years of experience in business or project management roles with a financial scope of at least $20M – required
• Proven experience managing employees and managers – required
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills – required
• Proven experience working with domestic and international customers – required
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports – required
