We’re Hiring: Infrastructure Security Advisor / Architect

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Information Security Advisor to join our cybersecurity team and lead infrastructure-related security initiatives across the organization. This is a critical role that involves guiding technology projects, aligning with security policies, and ensuring enterprise-wide security compliance, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support infrastructure security projects in collaboration with the organizational security and IT infrastructure teams

Provide formal security guidance to infrastructure teams, IT, development, and business units

Oversee security aspects of technological projects across all stages of their lifecycle

Define security requirements, evaluate and adapt security technologies, and conduct technical assessments

Draft and maintain security requirements aligned with organizational policies, focusing on the infrastructure layer

Contribute to the design of secure system architectures in alignment with internal policies

Support and guide infrastructure security reviews and audits

Write requirements for new security products and innovative technologies

Track and monitor compliance with cybersecurity risk management guidelines issued by regulators, including insurance regulators and data protection laws

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in information security, with a focus on security guidance and architecture roles - Must

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience (HO) in deploying and managing security products - Must

Proven experience in leading and managing infrastructure security projects

In-depth experience in defining and managing security systems and tools

Strong track record working with infrastructure and development teams

Hands-on experience with a variety of security and infrastructure components, such as:

NAC, DLP, SIEM, Firewalls, IPS, WAF - Must

Practical experience in cloud security – providing security guidance and managing projects in SaaS and public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Must
