Project & Organisational Change Manager

Project Management, Israel - Remote / North District

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Project and Change Manager to join our team.

This individual will have a pivotal role, managing company wide projects and leading change management across the entire business. Reporting to the executive team, you’ll facilitate seamless collaboration and processes across departments, translating business needs into clear, actionable steps for a wide variety of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Change Management

• Working in partnership with stakeholders from across the business, develop and implement strategies and tactics that help to ensure smooth adoption of organisational changes.
• Act as a bridge between the executive team and the wider business ensuring that updates are provided on time and communicated in a way that aligns them to wider organisational strategies
• Manage risks and issues related to change, bringing them to the attention of the executive team and other stakeholders as appropriate
• Create and deliver training, resources and support to help teams adapt to change effectively.
• Choose and implement management tools to create advanced and state of the art visibility on company’s project.

Project Management

• Plan, manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Manage project scopes, objectives, and deliverables by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress against timelines, and ensure that project owners are updated regularly, including with regards to any risks and issues.
• Work in collaboration with our Engineering and Product Management teams to plan and deliver product and technical development work
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting on project status to the executive teams and stakeholders

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, fostering open and supportive collaboration across the teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of, and commitment to, project goals and objectives.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project management and change practices, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and outcomes in a way that’s aligned to our culture and values.
• Monitor the impact of the changes implemented and give feedback and adjust approaches as needed.
• Find the Best tool and leverage AI capabilities in all workflows.

Your skills & experience

• Proven experience in both project and change management roles
• Strong ability to translate sometimes complex technical details into language that’s understood by all stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working directly with executive teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
• Experience of Agile and other project management methodologies is desirable.
• Confident and proactive problem solver with excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with remote work tools and techniques. Experience working with teams in different countries and timezones is desirable, but not essential.
